These terms govern access to and use of our online course platform in the field of construction and architectural design. By enrolling in a course, the user accepts the terms described below.
We offer educational materials, live sessions, and practical resources for developing skills in architecture and construction. All courses are designed to support continuous learning, without guaranteeing specific professional outcomes.
The user has the right to access the content of purchased courses for the duration of the active subscription. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for the proper use of the platform.
The provider undertakes to maintain the platform's functionality and periodically update the teaching materials. Any scheduled interruption will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
The provider offers no implied guarantees regarding the acquisition of professional skills or employment in the field. Courses are educational tools, and results depend on the individual user's effort.
In the event of technical errors affecting access to courses, the provider will remedy the issue within 5 business days. The provider's total liability is limited to the value of the paid subscription.
The provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by force majeure. The user is encouraged to make backup copies of downloaded materials.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time, without penalties, by written notice to the email address info@rooflanternshop.com. Access to courses will be deactivated within 24 hours of confirmation.
The provider may suspend the user's account in case of repeated violation of the terms, after a 7-day prior warning. The amount paid for the remaining period will be proportionally refunded.
The provider reserves the right to periodically update these terms. Any changes will be communicated to users via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
If the user does not agree with the new terms, they may cancel their subscription during the notice period, without additional costs. Continued use after the announced date implies tacit acceptance of the changes.
